We are hiring a Data Analyst to build dashboards and analyses that help hiring and product teams make better decisions. You will work with SQL and BI tooling to surface trends and inform strategy.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards for hiring and product metrics
- Perform ad hoc analyses to answer business questions
- Partner with stakeholders to define key metrics
- Ensure data quality and documentation across reporting pipelines
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or analytics role
- Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tooling
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to detail and data quality
Compensation & Benefits
This position has an estimated salary range of $130,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year, plus potential equity and bonus.
