Job Overview
You will build and operate the classifiers, monitoring, and red-teaming infrastructure that sit between our models and the people using them. This is engineering work with real consequences: the systems you build decide what gets through.
Responsibilities
- Build and operate real-time safety classifiers in the serving path
- Develop red-teaming infrastructure and turn findings into durable mitigations
- Instrument model behaviour in production and investigate anomalies
- Partner with policy and research teams to turn guidelines into enforceable systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years building production machine learning or backend systems
- Experience with content classification, abuse detection, or trust and safety tooling
- Strong judgement about tradeoffs between false positives and real-world harm
- Comfortable working with ambiguous, evolving requirements
Compensation & Benefits
This position has an estimated salary range of $285,000.00 - $395,000.00 per year, plus potential equity and bonus.
