Job Overview

We are hiring a Senior Staff Engineer to define the long-term architecture of our compute platform, spanning provisioning, scheduling, and cost efficiency at global scale. This is a top individual-contributor role with company-wide technical influence.

Responsibilities

  • Set multi-year technical strategy for the compute platform
  • Drive company-wide initiatives on capacity, cost, and reliability
  • Act as a technical escalation point across infrastructure teams
  • Mentor staff and principal engineers across the organization

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in infrastructure or distributed systems engineering
  • Track record of driving multi-team technical strategy at scale
  • Deep expertise with Kubernetes, cloud compute, and cost optimization
  • Exceptional technical communication and cross-org influence

Compensation & Benefits

This position has an estimated salary range of $275,000.00 - $340,000.00 per year, plus potential equity and bonus.
