Job Overview
We are hiring a Staff Platform Engineer to own core infrastructure services used across the company. You will set technical direction for our Kubernetes-based platform, drive reliability and cost improvements, and mentor senior engineers across teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve the shared Kubernetes platform used by all product teams
- Define standards for service deployment, scaling, and observability
- Partner with security and reliability teams on platform-wide guardrails
- Mentor senior and staff-track engineers across the infrastructure org
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience building and operating large-scale infrastructure
- Deep expertise with Kubernetes and container orchestration in production
- Strong proficiency in Go or TypeScript for infrastructure tooling
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and cloud platforms at scale
Compensation & Benefits
This position has an estimated salary range of $230,000.00 - $285,000.00 per year, plus potential equity and bonus.
